Within the next 3 months, grow Top Producer Realty's Instagram and YouTube channels by 20% in followers, reach, and views. This will increase brand recognition in Calgary, with the aim of making the brokerage more recognizable among Realtors and potential clients. Progress will be measured through analytics, tracking the growth in engagement and viewership on both platforms.
Content Tactics
Post 1 educational post every week on Instagram and Facebook.
Post a quote related to Real Estate on Instagram and Facebook once a week.
Show off the Realtors working at the brokerage at least once a week.
Conclusion
This is a newly launched social media strategy, and while we have yet to see measurable results, our goal is to demonstrate to our target audience—Realtors and new immigrants to Canada—that we are an accepting, supportive, and professional brokerage.
